Whether your stored records contain inactive or active files, FileBank gives you on-demand records retrieval and delivery. Depending on your needs, we can retrieve your information and deliver it to you electronically or we can place the file in your hands in as little as 90 minutes.

NOTE: Regular tape, file or carton requests received between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. will be delivered the next business day.
Documents can be faxed to your office on the same business day for requests received before 4:00 p.m.
Requesting a Data Tape from Vault Storage
FileBank will schedule a standard daily, weekly or monthly pick-up/drop-off to meet your specific backup schedule.
On the scheduled delivery day, a FileBank Customer Service Specialist will arrive at your office to exchange your tapes.
Available for tapes, files or cartons requested before 12 noon and will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day. Items requested between 12:01 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. will be delivered the next business day before 12 noon.
3-Hour Rush Service
Available for tapes, files or cartons requested between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. and will be delivered within 3 hours of receiving your request.
90-Minute Rush Service
Available for tapes, files or cartons requested between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and will be delivered within 90 minutes of receiving your request.
After-Hours Emergency Service
Available Monday to Friday from 5:31 p.m. to 8 a.m., weekends and statutory holidays. Any files, cartons or tapes requested during this time will be delivered within 90 minutes of receiving your request.
When you are requesting a tape, file or carton from FileBank, a FileBank representative will verify that you are authorized to request the information. Only those persons on your authorization list will be given access to tapes, cartons and files being stored at our facility.
In addition, we will require the name of the end user of the tapes, files or cartons. This name will be entered on the delivery order and will enable FileBank to trace that tape, file or carton to the end user if it is required in the future.
