FileBank’s ability to combine our Record Storage and document scanning services creates significant value for our customers. With Scan On Demand service, our customers save money and time by requesting their files as scanned images delivered electronically to their desk top.
When you request a file, instead of delivering the paper document to your location, we retrieve it from our inventory, prep, scan and transfer the digital file to you. The newly created file image is then encrypted and stored on FileBank’s secure server where it is instantly available for future retrievals.
