Log In Help
Log In to ActiveWeb in 8 Easy Steps
- Click on the Client Log In link in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click on the “Customer Key” field.
- Enter your account number.
- Press TAB or click on the Log in Name field.
- Enter your user ID.
- Press TAB or click on the password field.
- Enter your password.
- Click on the ENTER button.
You are now in FileBank’s ActiveWeb program home page. Click on the linked buttons on the top banner bar to move around and perform various functions within ActiveWeb. If you require help with the program please contact FileBank or utilize the Help program.
Please refrain from using the BACK/FORWARD buttons on your browser as doing so will terminate the session for security reasons.
